One case per tax year, each with its own deadline and an audit-style activity log — the same model as the cases and case_events tables.
New case
Disaster Mode is active: if your profile ZIP matches a cited IRS disaster declaration (IRC §7508A), the Radar shows the original and postponed deadlines together. The database ships with ONE sample declaration (ZIP prefix 000) that matches no real ZIP.
